Consulate Of Tunisia
Dallas, Texas

Dear Friend of the Consulate,

I write to bring you news of a program of great significance for qualified women in Tunisia, announced last week by The George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas.

The Bush Institute has selected Tunisia as the nation from which candidates for the 2014 Women’s  Initiative Fellowship Program will be selected, and the Dallas Consulate has been asked to help identify Tunisian women who may appropriately apply to this important leadership program. Only Tunisian women will become 2014 Fellows.

To learn more, please click on this link to the 2014 Women’s Initiative Fellowship Program (WIFP) Online Application. Note that applications close September 14, 2013

You will find below information about the program provided by my colleagues at The Bush Institute. Study this material carefully before applying.

May I encourage all Tunisian women who meet the guidelines to consider putting their names forward?

This will be a life-changing event for those fifteen Tunisian women selected. The Bush Institute has previously organized two similar programs for Egyptian women. These were enormously successful, and I would simply add that no organization is more respected in Dallas, and indeed in Texas and the United States, than The Bush Institute.

It is with enthusiasm, and with a sense of profound gratitude to The Bush Institute and to President George W. Bush and Mrs. Laura Bush, that I convey to you this exciting news today.

Contact The Bush Institute directly with your questions or concerns. And please organize your applications with alacrity, as the closing deadline is only three weeks away.
